Make me a Supermodel

Make me a Supermodel was a big winner with 650 of Adelaide's finest guys and girls turning up to audition at the Mercure Grosvenor Hotel Adelaide on a cold winter's day.

Although traffic was restricted due to the big line of people around the hotel, the event was deemed a huge success.

Let's hope we see some of our home grown talent in the final stages of the competition!

4 June 2008 is World Environment Day

South Australian Premier Mike Rann will be at the Mercure Grosvenor Hotel attending the Beyond Carbon - Local Government Climate Change Summit on 4 June 2008.

The Mercure Grosvenor Hotel Adelaide was the venue of choice for this event as all Mercure Meetings are Carbon Neutral. This means the greenhouse gases produced during all meetings are offset and the contribution is used to fund green-efficient energy sources at no extra cost to the event.

In recognition of World Environment Day, the Mercure Grosvenor Hotel will be donating to the Carbon Reduction Institute for every room sold that night. Greenhouse gasses produced during guests’ stay are offset by funding efficient energy sources through the Carbon Reduction Institute. The hotel funds the cost of the offsets and does not pass them onto the guest.
